I am a New Orleans-based writer, visual artist, Reiki master, and Ayurvedic health counselor. My work lives at the intersection of motherhood, healing, grief, and the search for meaning. I am the founder of Saturn House Publishing and the author of the forthcoming trilogy Journey to Healing.

I began Journey to Healing while searching the world for modalities to support my son Zachary, who lived with a rare congenital disease. The search for his healing led to my own. Zachary passed away in April 2026. He was eight years old. He is the patron saint of Saturn House Publishing.

My talented sons, Gladney, a saxophonist, bandleader, and composer, and James, a visual artist — are my collaborators on this journey. Their music, lyrics, drawings, and paintings are woven throughout the Saturn House canon.
