I am a New Orleans-based writer, visual artist, Reiki master, and Ayurvedic health counselor. My work lives at the intersection of motherhood, healing, grief, and the search for meaning. I founded Saturn House Publishing and am the author of the forthcoming trilogy Journey to Healing.

I began Journey to Healing while searching the world for modalities to help my son Zachary, who lived with a rare congenital disease. The search for his healing led to my own. Zachary passed away in April 2026. He was eight years old. He is the patron saint of Saturn House Publishing.

My talented sons — Gladney, a saxophonist, bandleader, and composer, and James, a gifted visual artist — are my co-conspirators on this journey. Their music, lyrics, drawings, and paintings will appear throughout the Saturn House canon.
